Story

Located in Gravenhurst Ontario, the gateway to Muskoka, Sawdust City Brewing Company is dedicated to the art and science of creating exceptional craft beers. We produce traditional ales in an array of styles, but there is nothing traditional about the flavour. Our brewmaster, Sam Corbeil, and his talented team create award-winning exciting beers that expand the borders of traditional flavour profiles. The rule at Sawdust City is there are no rules. We are just here to make great beer.

In addition to our six year-round core brands, we brew exceptional seasonal offerings, exciting limited batch brews, barrel-aged and experimental beers. All of our beers are all-natural and made with only the finest ingredients..

Huge selection of delicious award winning beers. Excellent venue. The bar is large and comfortable, and they have lots of merch available at the front.

One of my favourite Ontario craft breweries. Walk into the large open room and you'll be surrounded by tons of merch - Sawdust City has branded everything you can imagine. Beer glasses of various styles, clothing, magnets, wooden beer totes, licence plates, blah blah blah it's all awesome. But forget all of that - let's talk pints. I've never had a Sawdust beer that I haven't enjoyed. They have a large selection of at least 10-12 different tallboys in their fridges. Grab a box and try them all...you won't be disappointed.

Is it Beer O'clock?  At Sawdust City Brewing it sure is!  They have a super fun tap room and a great bottle shop/retail space.  This was a great little stop over on our way through Gravenhurst.  The beer wheel gave us an opportunity to try all of the beers they currently have and the board games kept us busy :)  Super fun!

I dropped in a few days ago since I was working out of town and I couldn't pass up hitting an "out of town" micro brewery. The environment was great and the staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Beer was fantastic too. The standard recipe beers were solid and a nice variety of unique beers.

I like IPA's but hey have a Canadian Pilsner which was awesome. The flavour of the Pilsners coming from the micro brews is so much better than the German versions... probably because we're not afraid of hops or bold flavours. I'd really like to try an unfiltered or at least partially unfiltered version of this beer for even more flavour. Hint! Hint!

Make sure you check out the food truck next door. Amazing food and they will deliver to you in the brewery.

Good beer. Terrible service at the retail shop.
Wouldn't recommend this place if you just plan on stopping by to get merch or stock up on beer.
Can't comment on the service at the bar, but hopefully it's much better.
