Savers

Visiting and found Rochester was colder than the forecast, so we needed to get some sweaters and jackets. Good selection in our sizes, however some of the clothing was a bit pricey for a resale store. Found a few sweaters that still had lots of cat hair on them, I wish people would wash before donating.

Don't shop here. I found a pair of jeans for my boyfriend to use as a Halloween costume for 5 bucks. Because the tag was slightly ripped the cashier called a manager to the register. The manager said they couldn't sell me the jeans with a ripped tag and the item would have to be repriced and I could come back in two days to purchase. Really? I'll never shop at Savers again.

I personally love the fact that all of the clothing is sorted by size. + They honor our Military. That alone is worth five stars.

Can be a little pricey but if you donate a bag of stuff, you get a 20% off coupon and it's tax deductible. High quality (& clean) clothing and goods. Much better variety than any retail store.

I bought an item from the store and took it home and tried it out. The manager at the store said if the item didn't work I could take it back and get a Refund. So the item didn't work and I did just that. So I was returning the product back and they told me I couldn't get my money back after they even wrote on my receipt that they would. It would be nice if places would honor the mistakes they make.
