great experience from the moment i walked in. Aly the owner greeting me right away and answered all my questions. I personally work in the health care field and Aly and his staff Hellia actually cared about me and my concerns. I'll never go to the big box stores, they barely acknowledged me and making me wait till next day to pick up my prescriptions. Med x pharmacy does on the spot dispensing and counselling, free delivery which is amazing for me being a mom of 2 small kids, and free blister pack service which is great for my parents. Took a couple pictures at the pharmacy , see below!!

I cannot recommend Med-x Pharmacy enough. Ally goes over and above to accommodate on a regular basis. He prepared and printed off all our proof of vaccines records needed to take with us to Africa and is always available to help especially through Covid. Ally and his team are super friendly, professional and efficient! I highly recommend!!

Hands down best pharmacy and best prices in the city. The Pharmacist Owner was very kind and understanding, ensured my prescriptions were filled promptly and gave me all the information I needed to take the meds correctly. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend this pharmacy! The pharmacists are professional here, also so  friendly and caring. The service is always so fast. Stuff  took the time to explain my prescription  properly and follow up with me.

Went here for our booster shots and was very pleased with the experience.  The owner, Aly, is very nice and accommodating - gave us plenty of information, things you do not get from your big-box establishments. We will now be moving our prescription meds requirements to Med X and highly recommend you to give them a try!

I've been with Med-X since their start. Even though I moved to a different city they're still the only pharmacy for me. Aly and Hellia are really great people. They're super friendly, extremely helpful, and really know their medical info. I've recommended this place to family and friends and everyone has been so happy that they swapped Pharmacies to Med-X.

Aly's pharmacy is the best example of a family owned, and neighborhood orientated business. It is personable, caring and flexible. I brought my immune compromised elderly mother to Aly hoping to get a walk in COVID bivalent shot. Despite a busy day ahead, and early morning preparation work for rest of the day, Aly was able to fit us in, and efficiently give her both the COVID and flu shots together. Thank you Aly!

My neighbour recommended that I try Med-X and I brought a family member here for a couple of vaccinations.  The store is small but very clean, bright and organised.  The pharmacist, Hellia, is very knowledgible, personable and kind; she is very professional and gives thorough explanations of what the medications do.  The owner, Aly, used to own a franchise of a big drugstore and decided to open an independent store because he is truly interested in practicing pharmacy rather than selling cosmetics and other items.  His focus is to serve the medicinal needs of his community, and his caring and friendly nature makes Med-X, in my opinion, a preferred option to the chain-store pharmacies.  There is one other staff member she was filling prescriptions during our second visit and the interactions between the three colleagues confirm for me that this business has a family-like culture that is conducive to serving their clients.

My family have been dealing with our Pharmacist, Aly Prebtant, who has given us amazing same day service.    We have never received this from the Big Box Stores.  Our sincere Compliments to Mex-X Pharmacy.

Visited this place a few times when needed meds, overall great customer service and knowledgeable staff. You feel the difference in care that is sometimes lacking from big chain pharmacies.  Highly recommend
