Poor cashier service lady was exceptionally rude. If anxiety wasn’t heightened I would have cancelled my order and not gave a dime of them my $ due to it. Sometimes people are having anxiety attacks… so they won’t notice a machine is ready so maybe say the debit is ready. Not that it’s waiting for you. Thanks to the guy that offered to help when first entering. Will not be back due to that interaction and I would have happily called you out on your rudeness cause I’m the customer :.
Good selection of wine and spirits, decent size cold zone. If you need paper bag sleeves for your bottles, make sure to ask for them before you pay. They charge $0.25 per sleeve.
Terrible customer service. Sold me a bottle of wine that turned to vinegar then refused to issue a refund unless I traveled 50kms with an open bottle of wine in my commercial vehicle. Staff were rude and combative. Beware the creature with red hair.
The staff here are so knowledgeable about the products here, and I think that's really helpful when you're trying to decide on what to buy. In particular single malt scotch. Thanks for all your help Tara.
