Fraser Plumbing And Heating, Ltd.

We've had Fraser P & H do a number of installations and fixes for plumbing in our house...and they have done an excellent job every time. The time and cost estimates were accurate and professional all the way. I wouldn't even think of calling any other P&H service in P George.

I went to see these clowns about my furnace not working properly. They didn't seem to believe me when I told them what was going on with it but told me he would come out and look at it in a couple of days, which he did. He told me what he thought was wrong with it and said he would go back to the shop find ,or order, the part and call me with prices and when he would be back. That was the last I heard from them. I ended up fixing it myself . When I told my dad about it , he said they did the same thing to him. My dad wanted to put in a new gas fireplace and went to Fraser. He picked out a fireplace, the same guy(the President of the company I might add!!!) came out and took measurements and such and told my dad he would go back to shop figure out the costs and when it could be done. He never heard back from him. How this guy can keep a company afloat with pathetic customer service like this is beyond belief. STAY AWAY FROM FRASER HEATING!!

Called to ask for help upgrading my woodstove to meet WETT standards. They didn't have time to accomodate me. I won't recommend this place to anyone. Extremely poor customer service.

What a bunch of rude and disrespectful people. They treat you like garbage unless you give them lots of money. Workmanship was very poor. Never again!

You should stay as far away from this company as possible. The owner told me it would be around a two maybe three hour job and around $300. When the flunky they sent out looked at it he said I am not that experienced it will take me a whole day and cost $1000. He even said if you want to save money you should get an experienced plumber. That is just what I plan to do, it will be with another company.
