Terra is an amazing employee! She had many product recommendations for me, and they all ended working out perfectly! When I was ready to check out, she helped me make sure I stayed within my budget. She was very, very kind and helpful, she made my shopping experience 10x better!

One of the worst customer service experience I’ve had. I asked the cashier whom was 5 days new at her job yesterday if I could speak to the Supervisor. She called him & asked him “why is the Post office closed until further notice?”. She repeated back to him on the phone, “so it’s not closed until further notice?”. I had just looked at the sign posted at the Post Office desk which said it was closed until further notice. So I went to find the Supervisor on my own. He had a name tag, “Misha”. I said to him why did you tell your cashier that the PO isn’t closed until further notice & I showed him the photo I took of that sign they had been put on the desk. He denied he said that to the cashier, even though I heard her repeating back to him on the phone what he said to her.nI had called the day before & spoke to the PO clerk just to ensure it would be open on Saturday, and I was told “yes”, only to drive there & find that note.nMisha which I don’t know if that is his real name or he’s wearing someone else’s name tag put his hands up in the air to me, as another customer approached him about the unexpected closure & he just left us standing there in the store, while he took off and pushed the back doors open in a huff. No apology. He didn’t offer to say can we call you back when it’s open, nothing. Needless to say the poor cashier was 5 days on the job & didn’t know how to do my transactions saying I owed her $11, which it was only $6. I don’t blame her, as she was flustered & I couldn’t imagine working underneath a Supervisor like Misha.

Online systems are great and the one pharmacist is amazing. The problem is the one lady who works in customer service is nasty and awful. I would not go here, it is not worth it.

I wish the bearded pharmacist was there when i went he is great. The other guy not so much. It was the third time they wouldnt release my meds in 30 days. I hade full page monthly calender and shoed him it was pass due by 4 days from jan to feb. He was rude said he would call my doc but it was their fault . There was no talking to this man. Taller bolding guy not sure his name. If I kept going it would be a month and a half over the year. He did not want to correct the issue or apologise. I have since moved my prescription.

I was in store 2 weeks ago and was helped by Melissa. There was 1 more sweet Punjabi female. I think this was the best visit I had at this location. Felt welcomed for once and both the females were very patient. I have never received samples before at this location even with my $100 plus purchases which I have received from other locations and online. But this time I was given samples to try which will help me with my next purchase all thanks to Melissa.
