We recently replaced our pellet stove with a free standing propane stove. Home Comfort Centre did all the work for us and we are very happy with the results. The service was prompt and the work was done within days of our decision. Price came in way cheaper than competitor and they stayed true to their estimate. We recommend HCC 100%, very satisfied from the start to finish, thanks so much guys.
I had a great experience with this company. It was very straightforward, I phoned, made an appointment to service my A/C. The day before the appointment I received a confirmation call.The technician Murphy arrived on time, performed the job to my complete satisfaction. He was very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain things as he went along. Provided some good suggestions. I would definitely recommend Home Comfort Centre. It even ended up costing less expensive than I expected. Thank you.
It was an absolute pleasure doing business with Rob and his crew at Salmon Arm Home Comfort Centre. We received outstanding advice and professional service. Our new Lennox high efficiency furnace is such a pleasure compared to the 40 year old dinosaur that we replace and the new valor propane fireplace is such a great addition to the aesthetics and comfort of our home. The crew is so organized and professional. Highly recommended.
HCC installed a new hot water heater, firewood insert and propane furnace re-routing all the duct work from the old oil furnace. Rob and his team were very prompt, hard working and very respectful. I was impressed with all of them. I highly recommend HCC without any reservation and am pleased that they will be my 'go to' for any future related needs.
We used this company to install a fireplace insert to replace an old one. Everything was done to our satisfaction. The job was complicated with the angles of the roof and the timbers, Bill did a great job of finishing the wall around it. Communication was clear, they arrived when they said they would. They cleaned up everything afterwards. Would definitely recommend them.

The owner is awesome, and really cares about doing a great job! They replaced our furnaces, gave us honest quotes and recommendations. We would definitely call them first when the time comes.
Had HCC install new gas fireplace insert and 2 heat pumps. Heat pumps are fine but fireplace has been a nightmare. Rob has been to our house at least 8 times I lost count over 2 years. Fireplace comes on with a huge boom. He has cut out, reorganized and replaced almost every small part from the tank to the insert. Regulator at our cost to no avail. I asked repeatedly for him to replace insert with another brand, but no. I’m sure the number of visits here as eaten up any profit HCC would have made on this unit and I’m still stuck with a fireplace that scares the bejesus out of us every time it comes on.
