I hate even giving one star after the experience we had there. We planned a family reunion camping weekend for about 100 family members and had booked this and our campsites and club house for our pot luck dinner and paid for this in full on our visas in February for our June reunion. We spoke with the owner's wife several times between February and June confirming all this. When we all showed up we got told we had no reservations by the owner's wife and she did not remember ever speaking with me. But yet we all paid for this on our visas? She became very rude with me and when I told her it was definately her I spoke with on all those occasions and confirmed the club house which we paid for on top of the sites she said that was not going to happen because she needed notice to prepare the club house because things were stored in there. I said 4 months wasn't enough notice? And no sites were marked as reserved for us? She went and got Paul her husband and told him that we had just showed up demanding sites and the club house and there was no way she could get the club house ready for us on short notice. He came down to my site where all my family had gathered to find out what we were going to do and to top it off they made the ones who were local and had just come for the day park out at the road which they had agreed to let them bring their vehicles in to the sites the rest of us had paid for because a lot of them were elderly and not able to walk the distance. But they renagged on it and then wanted paid to let them in the gate. This had all been agreed no extra charge for them when we went over everything in February. Paul showed up at my site and began yelling at the top of his lungs at me saying we were not going to show up and expect sites and a club house at the last minute totally embarrassing me in front of my family and bringing me to tears. I tried to explain to him we reserved all this and the club house in February and paid for it all back then but he would not listen and just continued yelling and throwing things around. He just became unglued at the whole situation and bluntly told us we were not going to have the club house. He even told us we had to go to the back 40s if we wanted to have a get together and we had to gather our own tables to put together for the dinner and if we left as much as a napkin on the ground and didn't clean up he was not going to refund any of our security deposits. I have never been talked to or treated so rudely in my entire life and he constantly watched us all weekend and continued to be rude with us the whole time we were there making my family very uncomfortable and not enjoy any of the time there. When leaving he told us to never come back and that I was poison to my family bringing me to tears again. I have never been treated so hostile like and so rude and my family is totally appalled at her and him acting the way they were to customers. At least 4 long calls to her arranging and paying for everything in advance to be accused of just showing up when it was all paid for on our visas months before. Totally inexcusable to be treated like that. If they had of refunded us in full we would have gone to another campground that would have appreciated the business and treated us with respect instead of a temper tantrum that scared the young kids.

We are a family of four who were in Sauble/Tobermory tent trailer camping. Sauble Falls tent and trailer family camping was a great spot to call home base. We had a non service site (184) which was quiet and relaxing. There was a great open play field in front of us which allowed the kids lots of room to run around. The playground was great. Kids liked the tennis court and badminton net. Showers were hot. Washrooms were clean. Lia at the front desk was friendly and accommodating.

Fantastic place! The staff are very friendly and constantly working hard keep the park and washrooms clean. Great place for families as there is a nice playground for the kids and fire truck rides (by Bill) on Saturday mornings. Sauble Falls is within walking distance and Sauble Beach is only five minutes away. Exploring the Bruce Peninsula is a great option as well. We especially liked the fact that quiet time was being enforced. Security was in place to stop the excessive noise that so often can ruin a nice weekend. There are plenty of late night party parks around but happily this isn't one of them. The owner is so nice and a big shout out to staffer Morgan. She really made us feel welcome and was so nice to the children who were often in pursut of what else.....candy🍬 We certainly will return!🇨🇦

We had a great time at the camp ground. They had very spacious rough camping sites that were surrounded by trees. Beautiful. The play ground was great my little guy absolutely loved it. To my surprise the bathrooms were very clean!! We are planning on going back in the fall.
