I'm generally the type to drive past anything food related that's located inside a gas station, but had I done that... I would've missed out. The fried chicken is just... WOW. Yes, It's that good. The only thing I wouldn't get again, would be the Mac and cheese. The biscuits, that chicken, and that chicken sandwich could have me coming back everyday. The potato wedges and cheese bread were great as well. Try this place out!
So I was on Facebook scrolling, and I came across an ad to get a large pizza with one topping. I believe it was $9.99. So I was like, I am open to this. I drove and realized it was in the middle of a Party store /wine shop/ gas station. But don’t let that scare you away. I got there before it was ready and found a nice bottle of wine. I got my pizza, which was a little doughier than I preferred. I generally prefer a thinner-style crust. I thought the sauce had a nice flavor, and the pepperoni was flavorful. I found out they sell a New York-style pizza, so I will have to come back and try that. I have to point out they have a pretty impressive menu with Chicken, Salads, and fish
Don't let the place deceive you from being in a gas station. Delicious chicken, alright pizza, and amazing chicken sandwiches. Service is fast and friendly. A little high on prices for quantity. Just for a chicken sandwich no sides, its $11, little excessive. But that's something that needs to be discussed within there cooperation and I won't let it affect this branch.
Okay, we seriously love this place. I mean, it's become a problem, lol. We love everyone that works here at the Royal Oak store, they're all so nice. The fact that it's inside a gas station, with a liquor store, blows my mind! The chicken and roasted potatoes is our favorite, and there HAS to be enough for leftovers the next day or someone me will be sad. If your hungry and you want good food, go here. The pizza is great too, you simply can't go wrong.
Man! This place has excellent pizza and chicken tenders. We have a few go-to pizza spots, but I wanted a place with good chicken options tonight. Glad we ordered delivery from Saroki's! We were really impressed by the overall quality of the whole meal. And you can definitely tell that the tenders are made with fresh chicken breast! We will be ordering from them again, absolutely.
I'm not joking when I say I would do some outright regretful stuff for some Sarokis chicken tenders.. anything and everything they have is THE fire-est food any gas station restaurant has ever come out with and I have been around the states to all of the best gas station restaurants.. and Sarokis is untouchable. The staff is super nice, they have more customers than I care to try to guess a number and my guy always remembers me. I love this place.
What a treat to find Saroki's in Royal Oak. As a new customer, I needed asistance with planning a menu for a family gathering. Glen, one of the managers couldn't have been more helpful and patient with my questions and concerns, He not only explained my options but carefully went through the packaging process to assure me that the food would come out hot and properly packaged for pickup. True to his word, the chicken breasts and wings I purchased were prepared exactly the way I ordered them and were ready for me at exactly the time I had asked for. Glen checked the order before I came and followed it through until I picked it up. The chicken was tender, crispy the way I ordered it and enjoyed by the 21 guests at my home. It was not too heavily battered and was seasoned with such a little hint of spice. For wonderful food and excellent customer service, I would highly recomend Saroki's in Royal Oak for their delicious food and want to single out Glen for his service and concern in getting the order right the first time. Something that is a precious comodity this days. Management is lucky to have him I will return in great part, due to him. Thumbs up to this special Royal Oak gem. Five stars.
If you haven't tried it yet, I would highly recommend you make this your next meal. Hands down the best pizza I've eaten, they also have subs chicken/tenders make sure you ask for saroki sauce sides, soups, fresh raw juices and smoothies . The owners Todd & Curtis Saroki and employees are fantastic and friendly. Service is A++++
I am typing this while I am still eating, it’s that good I had to shout it from the rooftops. This is some of the best fried chicken I’ve ever had. And I had no idea anything was in this liquor store/gas station. And they have so much stuff!! But seriously. This chicken is amazing.
Saroki’s Royal oak is the best! We needed a large last minute catering order due to another local store not having our order when we went to pick it up and family was arriving in minutes for our sons first birthday party! Sarokis staff was so friendly, accommodating and provided excellent food! Our 50 piece order ready very quickly! We had compliments from everyone at the party on the chicken, we will definitely be back and recommend to all!
