I am not usually a fan of chains. But this one is great. I love the idea of cooking the pizzas in super hot ovens, and they turn out amazing. There are some very unique pizza flavors which is what really intrigued me about Bigalora. I absolutely love this place they have great drinks and food. A good place to come and share.

Almost too trendy with the pizzas but you can order them with just the stuff you want. Pastas and small plates choices were also popular with the group I ate with. Does have a kid's menu. I just worry about anyone that can't climb stairs since you have to do that to get to the door. Lots of public parking across the street.

Orders are ready when promised and the pizza is delicious. I love places that are 100% reliable.

The food is great however the owner’s son is extremely rude and does not have basic customer service skills. His attitude and overall demeanor with his customer is shameful. The cheery on top was he starting cursing at me and I have video proof of it.

Waitress was super accommodating and nice but the food was nothing to write home about.  The appetizers were super salty and soggy and the dinner was just average for the price
