Worst Customer service!!! First of all, these guys are actually Glacier Air, not sure why they are hiding as Sardis Plumbing. They show up at my house (water leaking from the indoor coil) and tell me there is nothing wrong with my AC unit because the coil isn't frozen up. Pretends to do something by hosing down my outdoor unit (which I do regularly and was perfectly clean) so he can charge me $100 labour. A couple of weeks later, my coil does freeze up so when I call back they send the same guy even though I asked for someone else and he shows up at my house with a really bad attitude. This guy was beyond rude and the only reason I didn't throw him out of my house was because I thought it was a courtesy follow up since he did not properly diagnose the problem the first time. So this time he tells me I have a leak and need more refrigerant. He adds refrigerant, tells me I need a new coil and leaves telling me they will price one out and get back to me (they never did). 3 months later a $311 charge shows up on my credit card for the second service (remember I thought this was a courtesy). I call the office to complain and they tell me they will call me back within a day....that was the last I ever heard from them (about 2 months ago). I will never deal with this company again regardless of what name they try to hide behind!

I have used this company twice. The service was great, problems solved . They have charged appropriately both times.no rip off. I have a go to I can trust , with good attitude

Sardis Pluming ,excellent service, fast ,efficient and courteous ,Phoned them they came the next day, fix everything that I asked them to do .I could not be on site and was not able to get in till the next day ,excellent job .Definitely my go to service team !

Fast friendly service on first cold day of winter. Phoned in the morning and got afternoon service same day. 'Mo' found problem quickly (dead chickadee which had gotten into the furnace via unscreened! air inlet pipe). Friendly professional explanations also cleared up some of our questions regarding our heating system in this, our recently purchased home. Now let it snow!

Great service, friendly and delivered as promised. I won't hesitate to use them again. The hot water heater died on the long weekend with a house full of family and they cam out on a Saturday and fixed it with a smile and a proffessional manner. Great crew!
