Products were delivered in great condition. However, the communication of details were not great to say the least. No one explained they do not do installations. Or that it was curbside delivery. I was very unhappy.
Went there to get referrals for someone to remedy my hydro heat problem, they recommend one mechanic, the guy showed up within an hour, 20 minutes later everything was working fine
Do not shop here if you are in the East Orange area, go to General plumbing supply in orange at 540 Thompson Blvd. this place is a scam a rip off they do not know what they’re doing. They don’t know what’s going on Do not shop here if you are a professional plumber for HVAC installer do not shop here.
Have almost everything you need for plumbing and HVAC, But they treat customers like trash.
Great place went to buy a new boiler they treated me like royalty

Really nice staff, told me what replacement part I needed and got me set up to fix my furnace. Their help got me the part I need for $15 and I avoided paying HVAC repair company a quoted $350 to fix. Will definitely go back
This plumbing parts supplier is a great place to get parts for most of your plumbing needs. Definitely more variety and array of parts than Lowes, Home Depot, etc. The sales staff on average are very knowledgeable. The prices are reasonable, but more expensive than your box stores. They have some of the best prices when it comes to furnaces and water heaters. This place could easily be a 5 Star facility. Their poor customer service and minimal parking lot makes me give them a 3 Star. To purchaseanything, you must take a ticket number to wait to be called. You can easily be in the store for an hour with only 4 customers in the store. This wait period costs many of us money because time is money. Nit being able to park has its downfalls as well. The bottom line is, this is a great place to get hard to find parts and to get great tips and info, but if you are in a rush, go to a box store because if this place is busy, you will be awhile.
Poor customer service! Some help know what they are doing and some don't! Some help have manners and some don't. Do not go there near closing time because their service is pathetic! Their prices are NOT THE BEST ! Further they have an antiquated accounting system. Which other plumbing supply store do you go to where they ask you if you paying by credit or debit and you have ro tell them which specific card are you using? It's called technology!!! And trying to exit the store requires circus skills! Poor logistics at Crosstown Plumbing Supply! They do not care about customers go somewhere else! Lastly. Unlike major plumbing supply stores, if they sell you a defective product you get your money back, not crosstown!!!??,
Crosstown has everything you need for your plumbing needs. The salesmen/plumbers are very knowledgeable. The DIY service is phenomenal, Vinny will tell you exactly what you need and how to complete your project. I have personally seen him do it many times.
