I have worked with Jack Hoogandoorn at Cross Country Contracting for close to a decade now. Jack and the team usually take care of all of my developing permits needed from the city to get projects started, engineered, and inspected for completion that I need. We have done several deals together and have had many difficult obstacles to overcome. Jack has moved and setup multiple houses for me. Thank you Jack and the Team at Cross County Contracting.

Strongly suggest to stay away from used as you need so much paperwork that you can't get will cost you 1000's to do not worth it just build over a year to get permits.and make sure you talk to the movers and city to make sure your using the right anchors,cables nt chains,and so forth you will spend 1000's extra for nothing shop around as there is better and cheaper out there ...................
