Dave has a skill, he did an excellent job in my house replacing polybutylene pipe to pex pipe, he is extremely organized and clean, able to follow through to ensure that the job gets done and on top of that we got a good price from him. We will recommend Pettie's Plumbing and Heating to those of you who are looking for an excellent plumber. Olivier

ONE OF THE BEST home maintenance contractors i've dealt with in past 30 years!! Dave Pettie is a breath of fresh air... humble, respectful, honest and hard-working... and genuinely concerned with saving you money rather than trying to upsell or gouge you. I've had numerous supposed furnace repair "experts" into my home over the past 4 years who've nickle-and-dimed me with unsuccessful attempts to alleviate problems that I've been having with an older gas furnace. I was at the point where i believed an expensive replacement was what was going to be necessary... in not much more than an hour Dave diagnosed and restored my furnace to perfect working order and charged me much less than i had previously paid to others for their failed work. THANKS DAVE :))

I don’t normally do this for a few reasons; 1. Most people/contractors/services get the job done for a good price…normal. 2. I want to recommend higher level service but I don’t want to share. I have to say that this company, which is Dave, is way above the norm and I hope by doing this he won’t get to busy to remember us…lol. Dave, thank you so much for your honest hard work and reasonable costs and your extreme level of service. A dishonest person could of took us for another $600-$700 for the issue we had (long story) but you didn’t. ANY time you have a spare minute come by for a beer…you are always welcome in my home

Awesome service. Arrived on time and guaranteed his work. He came back the next day when it acted up again and I wasn't hedged for a second service call!!

I called Pettie's Plumbing when our hot water tank went on us. I'm a single mom of three, so I'm sure you can imagine what went through my mind. They were fast, efficient, and very reasonably priced. They were in and out, and left everything cleaner than what it was originally. Also, VERY friendly technicians!! I would highly recommend Pettie's Plumbing and Heating!!
