In August 2015 I developed a clicking in the right side of my jaw and it became hard to chew, even opening my mouth to bite on something soft was very uncomfortable. I called my dentist and he suggested Dr. Farren. Well first of all they do not accept medicare and I had to sigh a paper stating I would not send the bill from this office to Medicare. Secondly the 15 minute "consultation cost $440.00 , up front, DX tmj which I could have told him that myself for free. He recommended a night guard and eating only soft things, no steak, bagels or the like. I went back to my dentist and told him I needed a night guard (350.00) . My dentist said" let me try something first before we make the night guard", he adjusted my bite and that night I was eating as normally as I was before the clicking of my jaw. I would have thought the Oral & Maxillofacial experts could have suggested that before I paid 440.00 for what I consider exorbitant amount for a simple fix my a Dentis
