Very Unprofessional! I went here because I was new to the area and didn't really know one dentist from the other. I was very disapointed with my visit though. First They took me back to do x-rays and decided that they werent ready for me and sent me back to the waiting room....no big deal, I'm pretty patient and wouldn't let something like this ruin my vist. However, as soon as I got back to the waiting room they called me back to do the x-rays...odd. Then they had me sit in the exam room to do the exam before the cleaning (which is wierd enough....who wants their mouth examed before it is cleaned!?) then they decided they werent actually ready for me again and again I was sent back to the waiting room....no surprise as soon as I got back to the waiting room they called me back for the cleaning. They still did the exam first which was odd. The dr. really didnt seem to know what he was doing and he broke my retainer!! He told me I had a cavity (fair enough) but I decided I didnt want to go back there and went elsewhere for another exam and to have the cavity filled....turns out I had another cavity that was actually worse that he missed! I will not go back there!!
