1st Advantage Dental Latham

I have never in my life met a more vile and disgusting woman than Dr. Trinidad. After my toddler son sat perfectly still and easily cooperated for his cleaning with the dental hygienist the dentist (Trinidad) came in very aggressive. She sat next to my son and tried ripping his mouth open right away with her hands yelling at him saying, “NO NO OPEN YOUR MOUTH”! After about 30 seconds of her being in the room she stood up and told me I needed to go to a pediatrician to get him “put on something” to be able to sit through the dentist. My son was so scared during this, his first visit to the dentist, that he wet himself right in the chair while she man handled him. There’s a HUGE picture of a baby right on the front of their building claiming to be a family dentist. Why did the dental hygienist with all her tools and cleaning have an easy time with his cleaning but after 30 seconds of her abuse the dentist tells me I need to medicate my son?

Good place Nice people Thay know there stuff on teeth But I don't like some of there Dental/ doctor,s & there Hygienist Some don't speak good English Hard to understand what there Saying and when your person gos Out on leave that give you some Other person that knows what to Do but thay don't come in and say I'm so & so that Just go on and tell You what thay have plans for you And your like what's going on here I would hope to be more involved Because it's my money going to do This. All other people Just like me should have a say on what is going on .

Only reason it's getting one star is that I can't give it 0. Don't ever try and go here. I called 7 times to schedule some work and when they finally did pick up they hung up on me. Terrible, just terrible.

I tried to get in for an appointment twice and I was told there were no open appointments that day and they were open late Wednesday and I could make an appointment then.. An hour later I called back and they told me they had no appointments for Wednesday night even though I had what I felt to be an emergency situation.. I asked to come in after work as I worked half a block away and was told no because the office will be closed at the exact time I get out.. Also the website specifically states they have oral surgeons which they do not as I made my last appointment under the assumption I would be scheduling my appointment with an oral surgeon.. I think this will be the last time I contact any of these offices..
