Sara's Sweets Bakery

We had an amazing experience with Sara's Sweets Bakery! We ordered a custom cake for our son's first birthday party and the process was wonderful from start to finish. They put an amazing amount of detail into the 3D decorations on that topped the cake, more even than I would have expected! More than that, the cake also tasted great, which in our experience is often not the case with a detailed decorated cake. We would definitely come back and refer this bakery to our friends.

If I could give them a zero I would. I will never recommend this bakery for a custom cake. I wanted a specific cake that was white and pink for my grandmothers 80th birthday, and what I got was a pink and brown/yellow cake. The only thing that resembled the image I sent was it was a two tier round cake. Then when I called, they informed me that the color on their monitor was different. Wish I would have known that. If you are considering this bakery, DON'T!! Find another one!

Sara's Sweets is a great place to stop by and grab a cupcake with a friend. They are very delicious! They have some extra ordinary cookies not to mention the best tasting cakes in town.

Completely and utterly disappointed in this bakery. My wife and I placed an order for a gluten free chocolate cake with chocolate frosting and a strawberry middle layer for our daughter's baptism party. When we went to pick it up we noticed it was a white frosting. While I know people make mistakes, they were not remotely apologetic and expected us to just be ok with the wrong order. We had to demand some kind of reimbursement. They kept offering an in-store credit but after this poor customer service we will never be going back there again, so an in-store credit would be useless. They would only give us the third of the cost back or take the cake back for a full refund but that would have left us without a cake for the party which was later that day. Not an option. I have worked in customer service and this is no way to run a business. We paid them for a product, they gave us the wrong product and did nothing to make it right. If you order a product from here be ready to just deal with whatever they give you whether correct or incorrect.

I am a long-time fan of Sara’s Sweets Bakery. Their custom cakes and cupcakes are simply delicious and their cake decorators are the most talented in the area. I am specifically fond of their cheesecake. It is, without a doubt, the best I have ever tasted.
