Cold Stone Creamery

I hadn't been to cold stone in ages and was super excited to take my boyfriend there for his first time. I arrived at around 9:10pm and came to a closed store with employees cleaning up. The door said they were open until 10pm and their website listed 10pm as close time as well. We called the next day to ask why they closed early and the employees weren't very helpful. They didn't believe us, had excuses like "well our hours are about to change soon", and we should call back when a manager is working because they currently had no managers working. I guess there's my answer to why they closed an hour early, an establishment ran without managers results in employees shutting the doors whenever they feel like it despite posted hours and poor customer service.

I was on a date here and I realized that I was short a dollar when paying for her ice cream! I don't know this woman's name but she covered the two dollars short that I was. This made my day and reminded me that there are a lot of good people out there. Thank you.
