In the Vancouver area this place has the best sushi. I'll definitely dine here again. Well this was a great experience. This is an absolute must try : If you never done the sushi in your table experience before you must try this place. I've never been so full. The taste of the all the great dishes had me. Thank you so much to the staff for creating an awesome experience.
First time ordering take out. Food was surprisingly fresh even after driving for 30 mins. Dragon roll was amazing! Juicy but crispy texture. 100% satisfied, well done food!!
First time here. Very happy with the authentic and delicious offerings especially the Prawn and vegetables Tempura. Only concern is the waitresses need to be more alert to offer better service like checking the guests and giving each guest their own plate and sauce dish; so the guests would not need to go out to cashier a few times.
Absolutely love this place! The staff are always so sweet, they wrote a little message on the takeout bag which my cat loved. Some of the best sushi around for a reasonable price! Their lunch wombo combos are such insane deals. My go to sushi place.
What can you say when a restaurant sends you great notes on your takeout? We’ve enjoyed Sapporo since they opened only a few months back. It’s high quality fish and the rice is incredibly well seasoned. We have had amazing meals from here … order early as a tip. Incredibly well priced and high quality product. Definitely one of our favourites in the Cove.
Their food is truly Japanese style and delicious. Especially, their waitress always has a pretty heartwarming smile and very child friendly. Their combos are rich, enough for a man to feel full, and delicious of course. Highly recommended!
What an experience! It is a small and cosy Japanese restaurant near Deep Cove. The food is so food that you can feel the passion from the chef. The tempura was so fresh and crispy. Ramen was so yummy! Very good service by Lee. I'm so glad to have such a nice restaurant in the neighborhood.
Sapporo Kitchen If you like Japanese food, this hidden gem is found in Deep Cove. It has a nice ambience & it’s cosy. They can only fit 12 people maximum so come here early. There are 2 tables x 2 people, 1 table x 4 or 1 -4 can sit at a bar style table by the window. If there’s no seats, do a takeout and head to Cates Park nearby. They offer the usual sushi, ramen or lunch specials from 12 - 3 pm. It’s all fresh especially the sushi and tasty. We ordered the fan favourite and ramen combo. All were filling. Located in a shopping plaza, there’s plenty of free parking. The service was great. A great place for lunch from 12 - 3 pm 7 days and from 4-8 pm for dinner Sunday - Thursday & Fridays 4-8:30 pm.
This is a true hidden gem. So amazing. The portions are generous and the sashimi is very fresh. Staff are awesome. I highly recommend
Cold and brown. This used to be our go to place & it was awesome. The last couple of times we’ve done takeout the avocado roll rice is ice cold and hard, and the avocado itself is brown. I’d guess that they’re making rolls ahead of time & sticking them in the fridge. I expect more for the price I pay here. Maybe it’s new ownership. We’re going back to Osaka Sushi on Gallant in the Cove.
