I’m not sure. I like it for a quick bite. I feel the sushi is oversized, might be a good thing for some. Sometimes it’s fresh, sometimes so-so. For some reason the wasabi and ginger I order are always stale at both locations. I usually go for the spicy tuna and miso soup. Good menu variety, great prices for a casual sushi fix.
The sushi is good, and I really appreciate the sustainable cardboard packaging. Great work Mr Sushi!
I usually get food from this location. The staff are very polite and friendly. Lucy at the front always welcomes us with the smile and great customer service. I do recommend this location if you would like to have sushi.
We ordered comboB, udon and roll. Taste is ok, the rice is a bit hard. Overall, it’s above average and overrated.
This could be easily the some of the best sushi in the GVA. Absolutely hits the spot.
The quality is fine, nothing special. But it is not very popular, and empty a lot of the time. So I wouldn't be surprised if there were expired ingredients. I'd recommend going to Sushi5 across the street over this place. More expensive, but much better sushi.
Service is very fast. Food is super fresh and tastes really good. Place inside is not fancy but quiet and without loud music. It's well worth coming, especially if you are going to Lynn Canyon.
Good quality/price ratio. I personally prefer the Lonsdale Avenue location, but still a good spot.
