Absolutely amazing. From the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out, 5 star service. I have been going there for years for waxes, even when I was living in downtown Minneapolis because of Kristine. Their massages are also too good to pass.

We wanted to do something special for our birthdays but they booked the wrong appts. They also did not have a recommended wait time for nail color to dry, nor did the proper clean up around the rest of the toes (excess color). Though they offered to fix it, which would have meant an additional 30 minutes, plus an hour for it to dry. No real resolution offered other than "we'll get you next time." There won't be a next time. There is absolutely nothing special about this spa.

Love Sanctuary Salon! Taylor listens to my wants (and needs) works on really giving me the look I desire. The staff is always polite and inviting. When you are a service industry, you need to stand out to grow your business. Sanctuary does just this!

I have gone in for haircuts, massages, and nail services and I have never been disappointed! Very relaxing setting! And my regular hairstylist, Taylor, is amazing!
