Story

I am a Minnesota licensed cosmetologist working as a stylist at Cole's Salon and Spa in Savage. I am truly passionate about the art of hairstyling and I am so blessed that I get to do the work I love every day! I generalize- offering cuts, color/chemical services, and styles. I specialize in formal styling and I would LOVE to do your bridal/event hair, I am open to on-location styling as well. I have participated in advanced training through my salon and I look forward to growing my business through continued education and experience. I have only been to this salon for my wedding party. Scheduling was easy, however appointments were missed and took longer than expected. I set a firm time limit and requested to come early, was assured we would be done on time, and we were not. Front desk staff did nothing to help figure out their scheduling error. Wouldn't go back as regular customer.

Made an appointment for a cut, color, and style. I show up, and they claim my appointment was only to get my roots done. Definitely unhappy. Will be going elsewhere

Don't know why I pay $100 for services and then go home fix all the little things they say they "don't do"!! I've been going here for 15 years, had some good experiences, mostly just went here out of convenience to not find a new salon, but this last time was the last straw. First, I made an appt on Tuesday, got the confirmation text, drove down and was told my appointment was next week. Why did the text confirm for this week? When I rescheduled, because I needed my hair cut before graduation, the girl asked if she should "write it down for me this time"... No, I want you to confirm you have the right time! The woman I had completely messed up my bangs - the day of graduation - and "couldn't fix them" and then curled my hair in a super unnatural way! I'm writing this after lunch and half my head has already uncurled????? The girl who did my eyebrows didn't even notice they were different lengths! When I asked her to fix that she said they don't normally change the length... Why would I go to you to do my brows if you're not going to change them. Don't know why I pay $100 for services when I go home and change everything they did! Waste of time and money!!!
