Sam's Club

The store itself is just like any other wholesale club. The difference is the people that work there. For the most part everyone is very friendly and always eager to help and you can yell they are being genuine. I really like how everytime I go with my kids, the person at the door checking receipts almost always draws a smiley face on the receipt and gives it to my kids. That always makes them happy, which in turn makes me happy and adds a nice touch to the overall experience at the store. Now to the store itself, the prices are good for their products and many name brand items have an equivalent store brand under the name Members Mark, and we've found them to be very good quality products at less prices than name brand.

Typical wholesale store. Being newer the facilities are nice. One of the best places to by tires. Discount more than makes up for membership cost.

The ease of finding what we needed was fine, but the lady checking us out was very rude. Her name was Jody and we where very displeased with her service. When someone works in customer service, even if you for some reason having a bad day, leave it at the door. Thank you.

Very pleasant, except for the poor customer service at the good court, Monday August 7. Despite the fact there were 2 employees, quite a long line formed at lunch. The man behind me was a mail carrier & l offered him my spot, knowing he was on a limited lunch break. The employee l could see, kept taking pizzas out of the oven & slicing them, at the same time keeping in touch with an unseen employee behind a swinging door. She never asked for counter help, didn't apologize for the longish wait & acted like it was no big deal that many customers had to wait.

This store is nice. Carries different items than other location. That was a bummer for a particular purchase
