Consumer beware. I placed an order for flowers for Valentine's Day. I received an order confirmation. Valentine's Day came and there was no delivery. I called and left voicemail for the store. I called again and spoke with someone. They said they had an emergency and were unable to process our order. I understand that things happen but if you are a florist sending away business you should call customers who you are unable to deliver flowers for. I was informed that they sent an email, which I never received and told that I had opened the email. When I asked the employee if this was normal customer service for them and how horrible it was she agreed. I would never order from them again, to see that I am not the only person who has had a similar experience. I am very sad that they had an emergency but I would expect a call. Very sad.

I sent in an order online at about 12pm and on their website, sending an arrangement that day was an option. I received an email at 3:45pm saying that the order came in too late for that day's deliveries and was asked if it was okay that they'd be sent the following day. Not having much of a choice I said yes, that's fine. Now here I am 1:15pm the following day, the arrangement still isn't to be seen. I've called the store three separate times, no one answered each time making me leave a voice mail.
1. Don't offer same day delivery if it can't be done.
2. Have someone available to answer calls or return calls as soon as a voice mail is left.
