The owner got incredibly upset when we asked her why she added greenery to our specifically-no-greenery bouquet. She also made a threat that if we were to have her remove the greenery that our flowers "might get ruined and it wouldn't be our responsibility". Now we have a bouquet that only makes us angry instead of bring back happy memories. The work also was not completed by the time they quoted.
