Received box of chocolate-dipped fruit with balloons. It was a Birthday present with Christmas decorated chocolate in a Christmas box with 2 balloons in Christmas colors and two Mylar Happy Birthday balloons. Something wrong here. Took the fruit/chocolate back and they subbed fresh fruit/chocolate. The delivered fruit/chocolate was old and weeping. The substitute fruit/chocolate was exactly the same style only fresher. No Birthday. Perhaps some further guidance is needed here. If franchise owner is interested I have pictures.

This Franchise is a joke. I order a package to be delivered. They say it was attempted to be delivered and it never was. They refuse to answer any phone calls or refund all the money that was paid. Felt like a scam. They take your money and if they get busy they don't deliver and then hold your delivery money. Poor customer service and poor management! Will never order here again
