Ordered a bouquet of roses for Valentines's Day, the service and flower arrangement was excellent. Fresh and on time they had my order ready when I arrived Sam Rao Florist nailed it!

I went to their store today to buy "2 white, individually wrapped roses" as instructed by my wife. Being a guy in a flower shop I immediately go to the store counter and tell the clerk exactly what I want. The clerk tells me he'll check to see if they have white rose. He goes into the back for a minute and comes back with 2 cream colored roses and asks me if I'll take the cream colored roses. Thinking that means they have no white roses, I say "yes.". After paying for the roses, as I'm walking out I see in the cooler about one and a half dozen white roses. For whatever reason he didn't want to sell me his white roses. I suspect that he only had a few cream colored roses left and he wanted to sell them rather than give me what I asked for. The quality of the cream colored roses was fine, but a few times I have ordered a dozen roses from that store to be delivered to my wife on Valentine's Day and they haven't lasted very long.

I'm speechless. I am 0-3 with this florist and I'm done. I spent $70 on an arrangement that was supposed to be in the purple family...I thought blue hydrangeas, larkspur, lavender roses, etc. My friend sent me a picture--not even close!! Sunflowers, orange spray roses, pink Gerbera daisies!!! If it hadn't been for the card attached to it I would've thought she'd gotten another persons arrangement. Seriously??! Three strikes--I'm out! Did I mention the pink dollar store basket it came in?
