Unprofessional and unreliable. I ordered flowers to be delivered on Valentine's Day multiple days in advance and Valentine's Day came and went without a delivery or a call. I emailed, called many times, and left a voicemail and wasn't able to get through to anybody. The next day I tried calling again (multiple times) and finally someone picked up, who asked if I still wanted them delivered that day. I said "yes". lo and behold, the flowers were not delivered that day either, again with no call or notification. Eventually I called and cancelled my order. I was not offered any sort of discount or compensation for the trouble. I'm not really sure how these guys have been in business this long. I'm sincerely disappointed in the service and overall experience with this company.

I ordered a premium package of Stargazers with chocolates at 10 AM online. They arrived timely a little after 1:00 PM. They were very high quality flowers and smelled lovely. Staff very polite and helpful on the phone when I called for a delivery confirmation. I will definitely order from them again.

I would highly recommend supporting another florist in the Syracuse area. I had ignored several poor reviews because I was trying to get my friend a plant to enjoy at work all day Before she left for her wedding and honeymoon. Turns out, when I called to check on its status, they didn't even have it in the shop, and they weren't going to call and let me know that it wouldn't make the AM delivery. The older woman on the phone wasn't at all apologetic and blamed me for ordering "on the Internet." She had such a rude attitude that I refused to give them any money and canceled my order. Would never use again.

I already make a order Jun 7,2016 Wednesday night for deliver Thursday Jun 9 and is 1:40 pm my daughter she has yet the flowers when I called they told me we don't have lavender roses last time. I m not going recommend that florist shop, really bad service.
