Michelle does an amazing job! We just got married in July and we couldn't be happier! The flowers were absolutely beautiful! The service is great and so is the price! She truly made it a day we will never forget! We have had nothing but compliments from everyone that was at our wedding and from everyone that has seen the photos. We are so happy that we chose Guignard Florist!!

The customer service is extraordinary from start to finish.  I had a very special dish garden plant that needed to be split into two pots.  They did a better job than I would have expected.  If all businesses had their customer service it would be a much better place!

October 4, 2014, was such a fabulous day!  My daughter was married at the Landmark Theatre in Syracuse, NY. The flowers for the wedding were arranged by Guignard Florist and they were beautiful.  We worked with Michele who was a delight to work with.  She was knowledgeable and professional.  Our centerpieces were simple but elegant and we received many compliments.  I highly recommend Guignard Florist and look forward to working with them in the future for other memorable moments.  Thank you Michele and Guignard Florist.

Ordered a spray for my Mother's memorial service.  I had to call twice to have my receipt sent.  They delivered on time, but a few days before the service I was told the stands needed to be rented.  Not only rented but returned within 2 hours.  On our day of mourning, someone had to stress about returning the stands within a few hours.  The flowers were just ok and this spray was ordered specifically for the fern leaves.   None of the fern leaves in the picture were present when the flowers arrived and florist did not make mention that they we're not going to be present.  No attempt was made for an alternate.  Very disappointed, will not use this florist again or recommend.
