Salty

I visited Salty and experienced my first halotherapy session. Loved it! It's calming and comfortable. I'll be back! Trina's professionalism shines through. Some simple instructions are provided before starting along with the importance practicing deep breathing. Ten minutes into the session I felt my sinuses loosening. An hour afterward (sorry to be gross) I felt mucous drain. Definitely noticed the benefit. Thanks Trina. Looking forward to another session. I believe this form of therapy will be helpful to those with sinus pain or allergy issues.

Experienced my first halotherapy session at Salty and loved it. With just one session in the salt room breathing in the salt air I felt good things happening, something I wouldn't of believed had I not tried it myself. I'll be signing up for weekly sessions for sure. I also bought myself a salt lamp, one of many salt items you can purchase right there, to have in my home. Highly recommend for people to try this. You to will be scheduling your next session before you leave.

Thoroughly enjoyed my first visit to Salty, Rochester's only halotherapy business!!! So very relaxing and beneficial AND you can purchase your very own 'salt' products to take home. Check it out!!
