Serenity Couture Salon & Spa

I'm new in town I thought this salon will give the services I expected since this salon looks elegant. But like they said not all glitters are gold. The girl that did my hair named Dana? I'm not sure with her name (the one with multiple tattoos) we spoke about full highlights but she only did partial highlights.The haircut was poor.i was just observing I wish the black guy did my hair he seems to be doing better job and even offered his customer option for the haircut.i don't care what the price but I feel cheated.maybe she think I am an ignorant(I am a Filipino) I have been to the best saloon in the nation I know the difference between full and partial highlights.i still give her a $10 tip even she does not deserve it but never will I come back.So to those who are new in town be careful.its a waste of time. unsatisfactory.

Always a great experience and amazing service, I never leave unsatisfied or disappointed. Highly recommended if you are looking for first class service!

Some of the better stylists I saw no longer work there. Other stylists not consistent with some being very overpriced for their skill level.

I went in for a hair cut yesterday, hadn't been in for a little over a year! Michelle did a wonderful job with my hair, I am very pleased :)
