Great service..Friday all day is 2 for 1 wings. Pleasant atmosphere and good cold beer in chilled glasses. Worth the stop- also excellent home made burgers. Very enjoyable afternoon. Thankyou!
Young fella named Ryan, was working alone doing everything cooking ,serving , cleaning he did a fantastic job in everything he did. Food was fantastic, his manners were great , he did the job of 3 people and was literally running from table to table. the owner needs to give him a raise or get him some help. I will definitely go again if he’s working
The food was good. When we came in the place it wasn't too busy. It did take 10 mins before someone gave us a menu. Besides that the service was good. When the server came to the table my drink was over half full. When she turned away I finished the drink and started a timer. It took 5 mins for her to see my drink was empty which was not bad at all. Overall, we were here for 40 mins, had 3 appetizers which were all good. The Greek poutine is worth The try. The server talked us into desert which came shortly after. Overall the experience was good.. 55 bucks, not bad for a little house converted into a bar.
Amazing to work at such as place that is so loyally loved and collectively respected. I hope only, to ,provide the excellency in service and pub cuisine as those that created the supreme standards to begin with.
Unfortunately I can't leave a review as it's closed. But looking in the window, I think it would have really been some place to try!
Great service. The food was awesome. Would recommend. Drop by have a drink, relax Great atmosphere
The owner was delightful, I was visiting the Island and stopped in for lunch. Glad I did!
Wanted to visit and support but closed on a Friday afternoon sign said staffing shortage. Another time perhaps. Really out of the way, almost missed the turnoff.
I really enjoyed our visit here for wing night! Friendly staff, warm pub atmosphere that reminded me a bit of England, and good food. Wings were hot and fresh, crisp and not flabby or overdone. Sauces were really tasty too. We also had Riot beers on tap. Overall a lovely experience, we’ll be back!
It's special. Service is the best or the worst, depends on the day. One day had service where I could barely finish a beer before a new one was delivered. Another I went for wing night, was ignored for 50 minutes it was half empty, other newer tables were getting service and then finally told the last order of wings was just ordered, too bad, maybe try the nachos. Beautiful patio, cold beer and lots of deep fried food, it's good at being a pub. Not some dressed up hipster place. Say hello to the locals who'll wave at you when you arrive, it's a friendly place and I promise you aren't so cool you can ignore them just to talk about your golf game or new promotion privately.
