We had a great dinner here! The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, and although it was a bit busy, our waitress was friendly and attentive. The food arrived quickly, and everything was delicious. I had the scallops fusilli, and it was excellent. Lots of gluten free options. We'd be happy to eat here again!
Our review is for the restraunt. VERY busy place. You will need to be wait listed if they do not have room. We were told half an hour, and it was closer to 20 minutes. Best lobster rolls I have ever had! Great ceasar salad with scallops. Our kids also had the teriyaki bowl, Miso Salmon, and seafood chowder. Service was A+++. Clean washrooms and good vibes all around. Highly reccomend.
Only had the dinner here. Price was reasonable given its reputation. Calamari was just ok. But the scallop linguine was great. Seafood chowder was more diluted than I expected but ok. Mussels were fresh. The salmon was seared well. In general the food was light-flavored, not like intense flavors and savory.
We didn't stay at the Inn, but we did pop in for dinner, and WOW, the food was awesome! Everything was fresh, appetizing, and perfectly cooked. I enjoyed that they offered a wide variety of Gluten Free options, though they weren't listed on the menu. I got the steak and mushroom pasta, made with rice noodles, since they're GF. My fiancé ordered the seafood linguine. For dessert, I ordered the GF lemon panna cotta, and he got the blueberry cheesecake, which he said tasted homemade. Our server was fantastic, very friendly, and welcoming. The view was very nice, and the restaurant was clean, bright, and welcoming, with fun theming. We will certainly be back the next time we're in Lunenburg.
The review is only for the restaurant. The restaurant is great, in my opinion we had the best lobster roll here in Lunenburg. I tried it in a couple places but liked it here the most. Nicely prepared lobster, good amount of dressing, not overpowering the lobster tase. Very nice. Also liked the crab dip.nnThe staff is very caring and welcoming
