Carrrie did my facial wax today. Talk about personable and great. Once a year do u run into someone as professional and equally personable as her ....ULTA is pricey. Its true. But the experience is worth it. My haircut turned out really cute and always does. I wish I could afford to get more things done here. They care about the ambience. And the little atm machine in there is clearly so stylists can access tips for credit card payers. Which is sweet. I got offered coupons. Big plus. I will return and use them. Great job guys. Great staff.
