Rocco has been doing my hair for over 2yrs and I get asked at least once a week "who does your hair, it looks great"! No lie. The colour and cut are amazing and so easy to maintain. Thanks Rocco for making me look GREAT!!

I came in with all shades of blond ( and worse), I thought nothing would fix it,,,, but Jennifer L. and Rocco FIXED it, and the most important they were honest, told me what needs to be done and realistic expectations,,, RESULT? Better than I hoped for. So thank you, thank you, thank you. I highly recommend them,,,, they are AWESOME 👍🏻

A simple blow dry was the service I took, charged me $33. Very unprofessionally done!

After 20 YEARS at this salon and following Rocco when he relocated to his own salon, I have to agree with a previous comment. All is well until you find fault, which I have never done but once in twenty years (and that was when I saw another stylist there as Rocco was busy) but I stayed. It is my opinion that he no longer cares about his long time clients. He doesn't seem to be aware of what he has been doing for us and our hair for so long - lied that I agreed to something I would never have done - not on anyone's life - and refused to call me after being loyal for 20 years. He had his receptionist relay the message. Twice! THIS WAS THE ONE TIME I DID NOT REMIND HIM WHAT HE USUALLY DOES. Sad! VERY SAD! Rocco is an excellent stylist. I cannot take that way from him. He just doesn't seem to have the knack of customer service any longer. Or doesn't care. Either way I feel very bad. Never did I complain about anything that I received (and there were a few bad moments over the years). I just paid. But this time it cannot be overlooked. Not the blatant disregard for the truth and placing blame where it should not be; on a very long-time customer who never changes anything except occasional length of hair. Very occasionally! Oh! Did I mention I was on my phone for work a lot that day and trusted him to remember what I have had done for decades! Yup! Mistake. He loses two twenty year long customers. Myself and my daughter. We both thought so very highly of him. Best of luck to you Rocco!! Perhaps you should consider best business practices? Consider writing in a customer file (as you should anyway) and referring to it. A twenty year long client is very melancholy about leaving you and you do not seem to care. Unfortunate! I now go to SOHO on the Queensway! EXCELLENT! Oh well ....
