Folino Hair Salon

They don't have anyone that can cut curly hair. the hair stylist said she wasn't comfortable doing my hair as she was convinced it needed different product...that's not true and never have I been told that before by another stylist. EVEN if that was the case, it would be good practice for a salon to have the necessary product and better trained staff.

Terrible. Man who cut my hair had it terribly uneven and needed to go elsewhere to get it fixed. There’s a reason this place is empty. DO NOT GO HERE.

The woman who did the haircut was Lauren. She's a middle-aged woman who had no customer service skills. She was rude and unfriendly and spoke with such an angry tone. This would all have been forgivable if she gave a great haircut...even if it was just good I could forgive her rudeness. However, it was the worst haircut ever!!! It was supposed to be a "V-shaped" haircut and although after straightening it looked V, if you looked close all the layers were cut completely straight as a ruler. Without straightening the hair it looks so choppy. It looked like an amateur just learning how to cut hair. I have never been so disappointed in a hair cut in all my life!! She doesn't even deserve one star. Please never get a cut from Lauren at Folino' hair salon at Sherway Gardens. She was working on a Sunday. I only put 1 star bc it would not let me post without selecting it. She doesn't deserve a star.

Got an amazing haircut. Vladimir did an amazing job with my hair. Even though it was my first time at this place, would definitely consider going back. The only thing is $33 plus tax and tip can go over $40 for a haircut.
