Excellent dinner and service!! This was our first time here and we will definitely be back! We had the oysters and mussels for an appetizer and both were delicious. There were 4 of us, 3 had the surf and turf and all 3 were cooked to perfection. I had the blackened salmon with the lobster risotto, it was also delicious. I also had the habanero margarita, made perfectly. We will be back! Wish I could remember our servers name, she was excellent!!
I am always hesitant to drop a chunk of change on a nice meal. With the pandemic, staffing issues and the sad state of the service industry, You can't ever be 100% positive what you'll get. I can CONFIDENTLY say this dinning experience was EXCEPTIONAL! Fast, friendly and welcoming service, food cooked to overwhelming PERFECTION and an unbeatable, warm atmosphere. I will 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND Salmon Dave's to anyone looking for a prime sea food/steak dinner.
The service was wonderful and the food was delicious. We each had the lobster bisque to start. I ordered the pan roasted salmon and my partner ordered the shrimp and scallop sauté. I also had the paradise found martini. All were very good! Parking: There is street parking as well as a lot nearby.
First off, this isn’t a bash Salmon Dave’s post but rather a constructive criticism post. As long time patrons just wanted to voice about a recent visit in hopes of a more positive experience next time. Service was good as usual. Now with that out of the way, I’ll touch on some of the finer points. The old calamari recipe with its Thai sesame flavor was not only awesome but unique. What is currently on the menu is the usual marinara calamari that is available everywhere. Also the wedge salad used to be an actual triangular wedge bustling with flavor but now is a flavorless loaf. The lobster bisque remained unchanged and was the highlite of the evening. I ordered the twin lobster tails which was fine but the sides it came with - three pencil sized asparagus and about a dozen pieces of chopped fingerling potatoes. I attached a photo of what you used to get which is worth a thousand words. Change isn’t always good, except for the remodel which does look great. We will be back, too many positive experiences to not give a second chance.
We went to Salmon Dave's tonight for my parents and our anniversaries. It was our first time there. The service we received was excellent and the food was truly delicious! The seafood is outstanding there and the environment is cozy and romantic. Thank you for making our anniversaries so special!
They just renovated their restaurant. The inside is a gorgeous, relaxing, peaceful atmosphere. The dress is casual and the food is fantastic! I am NOT a fan of scallops and when I tried one from a friend's plate it was juicy, and flavorful. They definitely had me wanting to come back and get that dish next time. The staff is friendly, attentive, and welcoming. A must try if you have not been yet!!

Great happy hour, I never visited before the renovation - but the space is lovely currently. Beautiful basket weave tile used for the floors. I ended up there for happy hour, great value and very tasty menu items. They rotate the happy hour wines which I like, and the little black dress cocktail was dangerously delicious. Blue crab dip was great, so was the bisque - the lobster risotto was a bit disappointing, a little under cooked and over salted. The jojos were a highlight but I’ll be back for the shrimp cocktail sooner rather than later.
Been here for my birthday with family the past 2 years and it'll continue to be the tradition. When we came in most recently, we had a reservation but they ended up putting us at a different table than planned to accomodate my Grandma. We literally walked in and sat down which was super helpful because it's harder for her to get around. The food was excellent and the service was as well. Always impressed with the quality of the entire experience and definitely one of my favorite places to go for a nice dinner.
The BEST bread and butter I've ever had! The whipped honey butter and soft warm bread had me hooked. Had the scallops appetizer which was cooked to perfection and flavors of the sauce were beautiful. Then the pan roasted salmon with risotto--finished everything on the plate! Our server was so nice and attentive!
