Always great service! Been a frequent customer since they opened and I've always had a great experience. The staff will take all the time you need, helping you with whatever you need. You never need to feel intimidated walking in for the first time. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly!
Super helpful staff and great products. Hair appliances such as flat irons and curling irons are reasonably priced with a warranty. Great selection of nail polishes and extensions. Love this store.

Had a client go and get some purple for her daughter as I recommended her too a licenced stylist and the staff commented on my clients hair being awfully done etc ... They are not stylists. Just do your job, your two cents is irrelevant when you have no education in hair.

Had to buy some clippers today and the service was excellent. Nice little store and great customer service!
Staff isn't knowledgeable on the products. After buying dye and highlight product I had to return to find out I bought the wrong product to dye my hair for my highlights since the original colour didn't take at all and wasn't given a refund for the product I was told to purchase. After spending almost $100 on hair dye I wouldn't reccomend going here.
