I honestly love rendezvous. I have been a client for a long time and have seen a few different stylists there. If for whatever reason I am not 100% satisfied with my hair, they are always very adamant that my satisfaction is most important...and will see me to correct. I love the fact that they work as a team-and utilize their team members strengths to make their clients happy. I asked for big hair-they got a stylest who knows how to make that magic happen. Staff is pretty friendly. I always refer my friends and family. It's my salon.

Did the prices increase? extremely overpriced and large turn over in staff. I was loyal to Rendezvous for the past 4 years and it's unfortunate to say that they've lost my business due to overpricing and less experienced staff.

Don't waste your time. I dont live in Sudbury so after driving for 2 hours I got to the salon, (on time), and was told "I gave your appointment away". I had 2 other appointments before this. The first one was a hack job and the 2nd one was okay and the 3rd one, well I guess i just wasn't important enough. I'll NEVER go back to this salon again.

Very disappointed with the owners of this salon. When voicing my concerns when my regular stylist suddenly quit, they became very defensive and downright rude with me. I have been a customer for years. Client loyalty means nothing!

I have been going to RondezVous for 8 years now and I have never had a bad experience. I would trust every stylist they have there to achieve what I ask for. Everyone is so friendly, kind, and great at what they do!
