Definitely never returning again. After being in pain from them grinding my skin after I told them they were hurting me, and made my fingers bleed I was still expected to pay full price. My finger is inflamed and sore from grinding on my skin. Not only that, but my polish was full of air bubbles, and the corners of my nails weren't painted with a double coat so they are see-through. I had clear coat all over my fingers and when I said that I wasn't paying full price for the service, I was told that it is OK and that I can easily remove the clear coat from my fingers myself. I was not compensated at all from the poor service, and after spending over 2 hours there and arguing with the owner and technician about the poor service, they told me that I still had to pay full price for the air bubbles in my nails, the clear coat on my skin and the raw bloody skin that they gave me. This has by far been the worst manicure I have ever received and experienced that I was made to pay $30 for.

My experience with this establishment today was horrendous. I had gone in for a fill and to have the colour of my nails changed, two hours later I left in pain with the worst manicure I have ever received. While having my nails filled my technician cut me in multiple places, causing my fingers to burn. When I told the tech about the burning, he proceeded to put 70% alcohol on my cuts, as well as the purple liquid used to make the gel, naturally this made the burning sensation worse. After that issue had been dealt with and my polish was applied I was moved to a new station for them to dry, where i noticed tons of little bubbles all over my nails. I had opted for a darker colour so these bubbles were very noticeable, as with each bubble the polish was removed in those spots uncovering my pink nail below. I informed my tech, and he began to remove my polish and re-apply, by this point at had been at the salon for over an hour and a half. I was told I would have to wait 5 minutes for the polish to dry again, and then another 15 for the top coat, I was not pleased. I asked the woman to instead apply shellac as I did not have time to wait even longer, I was going to be late for work. So I had new colour for a second time, the woman started to apply then told me I needed pick a new colour for a THIRD time because the second colour I chose was too light. Finally I was finished and it was time to pay. I informed the owner of the burning that was felt, and the bubbles in my nails, only to be told that the burning sensation is apparently "normal".After arguing with the owner of the store that I was not going to pay full price for being cut, and having to sit there for TWO HOURS for something that typically take forty-five minutes to an hour tops, I paid full price and left with my crappy manicure and sore fingers. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Finally I have found the best place for my nails. They have excellent service and professional staff.

One of the worst mani/pedi's I've received. The lady servicing me was nice and friendly but clearly had no training/experience. Definitely not going to return for the $80 service.
