Salem Farms Campground is so awesome! This summer will be our 3rd year going! We tent with our entire family! The 2 pools, what we call the rec room, the playground, hayrides that give you a tour of the most gorgeous RV sites! Daily activities for kids and adults! Ice cream and snack bar! Small petting zoo, large area for kids to play and run around while parents are still able to sittervise! We have always gone for 2 nights but last year we made a pact to stay for 3 nights so we can have 2 full days! Thank you Salem Farms Campground for accommodating our family! We can't wait to see you this summer! 2023!!
Clean, nice friendly campers. Quiet. Way too many regulations that made you feel all eyes were on the campers. Food and camp store very expensive. Kids playing with chalk on pavement told no. Leashed dogs on empty field, no. No mats on site so you were tracking dirt into camper. Wouldn't have minded if there was grass but all loose dirt.
I have been camping at Salem Farms for a few years. The campground, staff/owners are an absolute delight. My family and I truly enjoy camping here. I will keep coming back. If you are looking for a campground i highly suggest Salem Farms Campground.Service: 5/5
This is a wonderful family campground. Family run, family values. We have been a seasonal here for 19 years. What a great, safe place for my grand kids to spend the summer. Lots of activities, two pools crystal clear, loads of very nice families.
Quiet, amazing family campground. Owners are kind, and very helpful. Lots of activities for the kids, 2 pools are always clean. An all around hidden gem .
Safety is their top priority. Kids can, safely, ride bikes all over the campground as speed limits are strictly enforced. Wild and unsafe behavior results in removal. The family keeps a close watch on the camp/campers and, especially, kids. A safe and fun campground for all ages.
The staff were friendly. The entire campground is super clean. The bathrooms also clean and smelled like roses. The sites are very close together. Had it been a weekend with people on every site, we would have been able to reach out and shake hands with the neighbors while sitting at our picnic table There Are many seasonal campers, Those we did meet during our stay were very friendly. One even gave us wood since the office was closed. I have breathing issues and being my first trip without my partner, I was concerned with pumping out on my own. I offered to pay for the honey wagon that was pumping out a seasonal camper literally across the road from me. The office staff said they didn’t have time to accommodate transient campers. I was directed to the pump out station area and told just hook your hose to the septic line. I did have a struggle with the lever and the hose, but got it done without a mess. Overall it was a peaceful get away. I do recommend it. Though I was there during the weekdays I am sure it is a hopping place during the weekends.
Staff was very helpful with equipment recommendations and they were very friendly through the entire weekend, the guest were also very friendly, we will return next yearService: 5/5
I like it and would give it more stars but the charge for visitors is steep maybe having different prices for people staying over night vs a few hours. Other than that it's great clean great place people around are great friendly community
We had our first stay at Salem Farms for Labor Day weekend. The owners clearly take pride in making everyone's stay a stress free and enjoyable one. Check-in was quick and efficient and they escort everyone to their sites and help you back in. Cory was great-loved hearing about the history of the campground! They deliver your firewood and pick up your garbage. Tons of activities for kids, pools are sparkling clean. Quiet hours are well respected. You can tell everyone has a good time here. Even the seasonal folks were pleasant and their decorative golf-carts can give you a good laugh. Sites had all the amenities: water, electric, cable, gray water, dual dump station at the exit. We wished we could have stayed longer! Missy and the team accommodated our request for late checkout. Can't wait to come back! Thanks to everyone at Salem Farms!
