Sakura Japanese Restaurant

I went over there for mother's day and I had an amazing time. The food was delicious and everything was very fresh. The service was great because the serving time was incredibly fast and plus the friendly staff. The atmosphere was very nice. Everything was clean and I enjoyed my time there. I honestly have nothing bad to say about this restaurant.

I went to eat at Sakura with my daughter for Father’s Day. We had a very pleasant time there and the food was spectacular. This is our second time visiting and it was still good as last time. We had to come again because the food was that good. They do not disappoint.

Food quality is decent for all you can eat sushi restaurants. The service was great no complaints about that. Restaurant is clean and organized. The price is fair for lunch. I paid $25 including tax and tips. Good place for lunch.

Amazing food, and amazing service! Staff are friendly, seating is comfortable and spread out. My wife and I have visited multiple times over a few years and always consistent 5-star service. Come during lunch time for best value and fresh as they always have customers.

Would recommend this sushi place to anybody visiting Kingston. Service is very good, generous portion of food, they were served very quickly no long waiting period between orders and of course food taste great. ‘Will definitely come back when we visit Kingston again.

Pretty decent Sushi. Had the first Sushi of my life from here and have been going back atleast once a month since then.

Its not everything they say it is, we suggest there's places better than this one. I won't be coming back but it is a nice restaurant and the waitresses are very kind. It's just the food is almost disappointing but not quite.

We stopped in for an all you can eat lunch. Price was reasonable. We liked the food quality. You use a tablet to place your order and they wait staff will deliver to you when ready. You can place multiple orders under the one price. We ordered a little at a time. There was not much interaction. Service staff did their job, but not much interaction.

Food was delicious. Servers were nice. However, this was the worst dine-in experience I have ever had at any restaurant. We verified the all-you-can-eat lunch price with two different employees but when the bill came it was almost double. Once the manager came over, and we explained the situation, the manager said his employees would have to pay the difference because they gave us the wrong price. Our table said that was not necessary and we would pay the price given to us on our bills, even though it was not the price we were told. The manager then tells us he needs to fire those employees because, "if they cant do this job then they need to find another job." I feel so sorry for the employees who work there. The manager should not make the customers feel guilty for their employees mistakes. We all felt horrible leaving the restaurant after that, which was quite unfortunate because we were also celebrating a birthday.
