Saint-Laurent Metro Station in Montreal is a convenient stop if you’re looking to explore the downtown core and some of the city’s most lively neighbourhoods. Located on the Green Line, this station puts you within walking distance of many popular attractions, restaurants, cafés, and entertainment venues.nnOne of the biggest advantages of this station is the location. When you exit, you’re right near the vibrant Quartier des Spectacles, one of Montreal’s main cultural districts, where you’ll find festivals, concerts, outdoor performances, and events throughout the year. It’s also close to Place des Arts, making it a great option if you’re attending a show, concert, or cultural event.nnThe station is also a short walk from Rue Sainte-Catherine, where you’ll find plenty of shopping, restaurants, cafés, bars, and entertainment options. It’s a great area to wander around, grab a coffee, enjoy a meal, or experience Montreal’s nightlife. You’re also not far from UQAM Université du Québec à Montréal and the lively streets of the downtown area.nnThe reason I’m giving it three stars is that the station itself feels fairly basic and could use some modernization. Like many busy downtown stations, it can become crowded, especially during festivals and major events. The overall experience is more functional than impressive.nnThat being said, the location makes it useful. If you’re visiting Montreal and want easy access to culture, entertainment, restaurants, and the energy of downtown, Saint-Laurent Station is a practical place to get off and start exploring.nnA decent metro stop with an excellent location, but the station itself leaves room for improvement.

The Saint-Laurent subway station was quiet, and clean today. No problems to report.

Decent station with a tall ceiling platform, but a bit dirty and old.

Too many Drugged out people, urinating/then some. 1 of the worst Metro station in Mtl.

Relatively plain looking subway station, but it was clean. Ticket machines worked well.
