Decent space for short break or meet up if you don’t mind paying more than average for average quality. Tables are all small tables. Staff were friendly and respectful. Ordered panda coffee and bubble waffle. I liked the coffee but the waffle was only ok thick and a bit too hard for my liking. One star off for table and floor cleanliness, and second star off consider the price point and food quality.

Our first visit .. and was great. To start with the service is excellent. The staff is very attentive and willing to explain everything in the menu. The place is super clean and the service is fast. The food is really good and a great surprise for some people like us that never tried Saigon food. Prices are ok too.. not cheap but not expensive. Not deserving the 5 stars because presentation is lacking plastic mesh trays.. the food just looks sad. The Vietnamese coffee is tasty but the amount of ice is exaggerated.. so at the end you get 1/3 of an actual serving. They don’t have an actual menu screens not working.. and no pictures or better descriptions. Definitely we’ll go back. I’m sure they will improve soon as competition is hard and they can do better.

New banh mi shop in town. Caught them in their soft launch and got 15% off my lunch order. Combo is one sandwich and one coffee/tea. Both were delicious, esp the meatball sub. I was curious about the egg coffee so she made me one to be nice! I never drink cold coffee but this was good. Highly recommend and will be back for sure

This place has 15% for their soft-opening. Their sub is around $7-8, a pretty good deal and food comes with decent portion. Especially, they offer authentic Vietnamese coffee.

Staff are sweet and friendly. Comfy atmosphere for a quick lunch. Sandwiches are delicious. I just hope their spring rolls can use rice paper to wrap. I know it is too much to ask. :. It is not a easy time to maintain a business, though i wish a little bit more meat and vegetables will be more “fulfilling” for a guy.

Fresh bun, crispy outside , soft on the inside. All the flavors of crunchy pickled veggies, cilantro, pate, mayonnaise, jalapeños blended well. I tried pork meatball speciality, and chicken at a different time. I thought the sandwiches could include more meat, but I guess that is the reality now.Food: 4/5

New cafe in Burnaby, soft opening thus the 15% discount until month end. I tried the meetball banh mi, lemongrass banh mi and ube coffee. All were very tasty. Baguette was crispy on the outside. Overall tasty, would go back for other items.

Please go to Saigon Bites! The atmosphere here is simple, nice and quite affordable. I was doing my job interview and they were kind enough to let me have my interview in here. Please get their bubble waffles!! They are worth it!!

Was recommended by a friend to try their coffee. If you love authentic Vietnamese coffee with modern twist, this is THE PLACE! Mint coffee is my fav, so addicting And their vietsub is also a pleasant surprise.
