Chatime

I've been to Chatime many times since it opened from the first day. The drinks are always tasty and delicious. I like to taro milk tea and pudding. The black sugar bubble with milk is also my favorite drink. Sometimes it's really crowded, so we need to line up and wait for awhile.

I used to go to this place at least once a week. Since the management has changed I noticed that the employees were not pleasant at all and very rigid with new stupid rules. Therefore, I decided that they are not worthy of my loyalty more my money. If you want a more positive experience go to other branches

Really nice and friendly place to buy bbt. Service is better and patient. Grass jelly roasted milk tea is the most popular and best tea in Vancouver, I would recommend chatime among others.

Fresh tea flavours and optional extras such as bubbles or coconut. Can select how much ice and how much sugar based on preference. Clean and well organised store. Great customer service.

Service was awful and disappointing. Ordered our drinks online, trusting the system but after we picked up our orders, half of the drinks were completely wrong! They refused to correct the drinks, as apparently, they were already closed! Management was nowhere to be found as well as professionalism from its employees. Never again.
