Really nice English Decor. Parking is a little tough in the plaza area. The price is very reasonable compared to other high tea places in Vancouver at $36 for a beautiful serving of sweet and savouries. Dessert selection was nice: macaroons, tart, mouse, chocolate cup. Sandwiches were great around 4 pieces but a little light on the portions and the scones were nice and fresh. I also loved the mini quiche. Tea selection was sufficient. All my favourites were on the list. Great place for high tea. It was easy to make reservations and we were easily accommodated. also we weren't kicked out after 2 hours like other places.

This is a super cute small located in Burnaby near the Metrotown area. The staff was super nice and she really explained the how it worked well to us. Fast and efficient. The location was clean and beautifully decorated as well. We really enjoyed the food. It was quite delicious. A few downsides for me: - I found the location to be cold inside. I don't think their heating was working well coz at one point, the staff placed a portable heater beside us. Not sure if this is the case all year round or because of how the building electric is but I'd say bundle up if you can. - we were placed in the far corner towards the back and at some point, the power in just that one section went off. I'm not sure if it had anything to do with the connection of the portable heater or not but I don't think they got it back on. It was still turned off even when we left. The staff was really nice though and she apologized to us for that which was not a super big deal. We understood that these things happen sometimes - lastly I just wanna say, this was my first time going there but we did tell them ahead of time that one person was dairy free. Unfortunately they do not have a lot of dairy free options so if you're someone who is lactose intolerant or strictly dairy free, keep this in mind. Most of what they make has dairy in it.

I have been to several places that serve high tea all around Metro Vancouver, including ones much more expensive than here, and out of all this one has the best scones hands down. I have been here twice about a year a part and the scones were scrumptious both times ahha. The value for the price is overall good - nothing is ever bad. They have a pretty good selection of teas at various levels of caffeine and the white tea I got most recently was very good. We also tried the clam chowder this time. It comes with a puff pastry baked on top that is buttery and light. The soup was fresh and not too salty, it also tasted light despite being a cream-based soup, delicious. The atmosphere is unique - cute, a bit tacky because the items and and decor don't always go together, but everything is pretty. One suggestion would be to have matching teapots and tea cups for all. They play calming music and the staff is kind and subdued. I like the energy. Highly recommend. Update: I went again recently and they have gotten new clear teapots that are very beautiful. The scones were still amazing <3

Easy to get a hold of staff and great communication prior to our event! Food was fantastic and for our group of 10 the food was pre-ordered and everything came as we asked even with many different requests! Many choices of tea. Staff was friendly and we didn't feel rushed at all. The set up of the high tea was also very nice. Highly recommend. Thank you Audrey Moment High Tea - we really enjoyed ourselves!

My friends and I came here on a Monday afternoon. There was one lady working and we were the only patrons there. The customer service was extremely slow and we needed to wave down the lady a few times to get her to take our orders. They have a nice selection of teas. The finger food was just okay. Sandwiches are on the dry side. The scones were delicious. They do not offer any gluten free options for food.

I attended a baby shower for brunch. The food was pretty good but was not worth the price. $50 per person.. the service wasn’t good or attentive as they continued to fill up the teapots with hot water but did not change the tea bag’s so we were basically drinking hot water. The bathroom was really gross and had not been cleaned in quite a while. I definitely would not recommend for an event. Parking: The lot is super small

I reserved for high tea yesterday as it was my birthday. When we got there, inside was as cold as it was outside. I asked the only employee working about the heat and was told "we just opened, it will warm up". What?? We sat there with our winter coats on and other patrons were wearing their winter coats with their hoods on! I complained again and the employee said the manager was coming to check the heat. It was so ridiculously cold and had we known it would not warm up, we would have left. It ruined my whole day. On top of that, the food was not good and there was only one employee working so the service lacked greatly. It is cheaper than other teas for a reason. The scones are bite size and what you get for the money is so not worth it. I will never go there again and I suggest others stay away. Go somewhere else.

My friends and I had a very unpleasant experience in this place. I made a reservation for 8 people but when we arrived, there was no information about our party in their system. The waitress decided to accommodate us anyways in a big table which luckily was available but informed the oven was broken??? even though was so hot in the place so they were only serving sandwiches and 2 types of desserts. The waitress took her time to get to our table even though the place wasn’t full. Also the table behind us was dirty the whole time since we arrived and nobody cleaned until about the closing time. Then it took about 20 min to get the teas to our table after we ordered and when we got the food they were taste less cold sandwiches and 2 very very small tarts. We will definitely not going back there and would recommend you to look for another high tea place if you wish to have a nice experience.

My husband and I attended this place in October 2022 to privately celebrate the birthday of his late daughter. So glad we did it’s a Lovely place, relaxing environment good portions everything tasted great. Not overly busy. 4 stars due to parking can be a little hard at busy times.
