Great customer service. Very knowledgeable.

will definitely use this business again. Honest, professional and practical advice.  I was having difficulty with my printer.  I called and was told how to try and self resolve the problem.  This did not work so I took a photo and sent it.  I then received an email telling me that for a reasonable fee they would try to fix it.  The owner went the extra step and searched out several potential replacement printers for me as well.  Good news story.  Printer is fixed!! By the way, they also sell replacement ink at reasonable prices.

Great service & responds time LIGHTNING FAST, finding idioms that are not in Saskatoon WALID acting in the best interest of the customer! EVEN WHEN he find a cheaper alternate option not in store. THANK YOU WALID .H!

Had an issue with family pc turning on, let them take it. They returned it saying it couldn't be fixed. Found out they removed parts from it and never put them back in, don't know if it was accidentally or not.
