This place is absolutely phenomenal. Not only is David the nicest guy you will ever meet, but he WANTS you to listen to things before you buy them. He genuinely cares about every one of his clients. He also only brings in gear that he stands behind 100% so you know you're getting quality sound. In the end I left with $140 Grados, yet he was still enthusiastic for me to try the $1200 ones and I can imagine the look on my face was priceless. I will be recommending Pulsworks until the end of time.

Absolutely the worst experience ever! Nothing was ever finalized or completed! We had our system installed 2 years ago and has never worked properly!
