Great quick service, lots of parking available when I stopped by, the store is well laid out, great selection and staff at the ready to help. I will definitely be returning for my musical needs.

Scott is the man! I ended up buying a V guitar at the south store as this one didn't have the one I wanted in stock, and I'm not from the city. The south store didn't even try to test fit the guitar for case or gig bag, just said nope we don't have one that fits, and seemed like they didn't really want my business.nPhoned this location and Scott told me to come stop by and try some bags.nWent there and tried about 5 or so bags, and a bass bag ended up just fitting the guitar. I asked him how much, and he said I can just have it as the south store treated me so poorly!nNeedless to say they have my business from now on, and will be ordering anything I need from this location only! Wonderful experience everytime I go here! Keep it up! m/

The staff is always so knowledgeable and friendly at the store side. The teachers and front desk crew at the lesson centre are also amazing and really passionate about what they do. Best spot in the city for your instrument and music needs!

Bought a Focusrite Solo for someone as a gift. Was disappointed to find out the device I bought was clearly used/returned as the package was open in the device was dirty and full of greasy fingerprints. If I was still in the city I would have returned the device. Hoping it at least works as intended...nnEdit: Manager has reached out and rectified the issue.

I always love it here. Super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. The only problem I have is that I have to go in and get what I need immediately and get out before I go shopping crazy....LOL... This has happened on numerous occasions.
